Today I gain a little knowledge about excel and power point. I am quite familiar with Microsoft word and office but I didn't have a ideas on how excel and power point actually works and how they differ from Microsoft word/office. I try some feature from both of them so lets see what I did learnt today.
About power point
I tried making power point in three different slides, among them above pic is one of them.
What things to keep in mind while making power point
- start typing which says to write title and describe
- Select different slides to write new things.
- Focus on writing correctly rather than power point format on how you want to make it to look like.
- Once you finish typing work on decoration , format, animations and so on.
About Excel
To be honest I didn't go through all the format of excel, I learnt simple technique about data entry and to make form list in data entry. I strongly believe on saying like "little knowledge is dangerous" so I didn't pressurize my brain with more new tips.
