Phobia is a kind of anxiety disorder which creates fear due to the encounter with some danger situation like height, certain animals, objects, insects and so on. Generally, most of the people are scare of minor things though they particularly may not feel that they have phobia of anything. According to the American Psychiatric Association, a phobia is an irrational and excessive fear of an object or situation. In most cases, the phobia involves a sense of endangerment or a fear of harm. Phobia is related to psychology as it expresses the fear one has to suffer due the stage of mind.
