Valentines day

 

A special day on 14th February which is celebrated in the name of love with a beloved is Valentine's Day. Valentines day used to be the day of feast in Christianity remembering a Martyr called Saint Valentine who was executed when he went against the rule and restrictions of being in love or arranging weddings of different armies. During the period when Saint Valentine was in the army falling in love was prohibited as it used to be believed that love can be a major part of distraction for which love was prohibited. But Saint Valentine helped many armies in love as well as arrange weddings for them and when he was jailed for his deed he fell in love with the daughter of the jailer and at the end he was executed on 14 February since that 14 February Christian people started to celebrate the day in the name of love and Saint Valentine.

Valentines day is celebrated worldwide nowadays where some people express love to whom they love and lovers or married couples celebrate the day by spending dinner date or the day to travel in any romantic place and so on. People celebrate various days before Valentine days as it has become the custom and ritual before 14 February. People followed these days to express their feelings towards the person they love and try to make them feel special by giving rose, chocolate, Teddy and so on. Rose itself is a symbol of love and giving it to beloved person on rose day is definitely is a special feeling of being loved. Nowadays before Valentine's day different days are followed such as :

Propose Day (February 8),
Chocolate Day (February 9),
Teddy Day (February 10),
Promise Day (February 11),
Kiss Day (February 12),
Hug Day (February 13) 
Valentines Day (February 14)

Valentine day in the present time has been a one of the important day to take a change to express their love and either take their relation to next step or has to accept the rejection. love is something that happened in an unexpected way as it can't be how we want or who we wish to be ours forever. We shouldn't be too addicted to someone as they might not have the same feeling towards us like the feeling we have for them and we should respect that rather than forcing them to love us back. 

Love is supposed to be the thing that gives the feeling of happiness, warmth, security, support so that the days being with the person we love are worth to be remember whether the love ends with marriage till deaths or ends in midway due to any major issues. The bond of love should be strong enough support our partner in their hardships both physical or emotional breakdown. Forceful relation is one of the worst experience one can go through so if someone is force in love than they should think of a way to separate from each other with mutual understanding.

 

Hence, valentine’s day may come once in a year but love always exist between families, friends, relatives so we can show our love towards them in any other days too. Valentine day is the special that is celebrated on 14^th February worldwide as the day of love and in this day we can see couple dating and spending time together in parks along with flower bouquet or having candle light dinner. Love can be best thing and can also be worst thing in people's life, only difference can be the kind person with whom we were in relationship or are going to be in relation in the future.
