 Holi Holi is the annual festival that symbolizes the festival of colours which is celebrated all over Nepal, India and other countries as well . Holi is celebrated in the month of March - April . Holi is said to be the day of celebrations of victory of god over demons i.e.the death of Holika was believed to have happened on this particular day who was sitting on the firepit with Prahlad to kill him for being a devotee of Lord Vishnu. Holi is also celebrated as the symbol of love which was between Radha and Krishna because colours represents various aspects of life.  Holi is the festival of colours as well as water because on the day of holi people play with different colours along water.
