      Ghode Jatra     Ghode Jatra is one of the annual festivals of Nepal which is basically celebrated in Kathmandu - Tudikhel. The word Ghoda refers to horse and Jatra means festival , so ghode Jatra is the festival of horses. Ghode Jatra is celebrated in the month of March - April. On the day of ghode Jatra Nepal Army performs various acts by riding horse, horse racing, horse parade, various performances can be seen in Kathmandu - Tudikhel ground. Public holiday is given in this day where most of the governmental office remains closed. "It is said that Gurumapa  - one of the demons used in live in Kathmandu and the kids started disappearing day by day which was believed to be because of Gurumapa so people tried various ways to scare Gurumapa but nothing could scare him and once people chased him upto Tudikhel ground where many horses ran towards Gurumapa which injured him and he finally got scared and ran away so Jhode Jatra was believed to be started since then".  During

FIFA WORLD CUP 2022



FIFA refers to the international football cup which is also be known as world cup that is conducted in every four years with the association of FIFA (Federation International football association) along with the host country which the organize the stadium and other game related things. FIFA World Cup was started since 1930 which was held in Uruguay from 13 July - 30 July. Uruguay was the host country of world cup 1930 and also the champions of the tournament. Brazil in the first place of winning most world cup games as Brazil has 5 champions titles till now. Previous world cup was held in 2018 in Russia and was won by France after defeating Croatia.

FIFA World Cup 2022 is going to be hosted by Qatar which is going to be start from 20th November and is be said on 18th December. Altogether 32 teams are going to be playing against each other. As Qatar is the host country it was qualified automatically whereas other team was selected through qualifying game. 64 matches are going to be happen in 8 different stadiums across 5 cities of Qatar. Eight stadiums and the cities are given below:

FIFA World cup is one of the most viewed games all around the world and has its own importance. During the world cup tournament people manage their time to watch the game though they hardly get free time. The world cup itself brings happiness, excitement among people as they wait for 4 years just to watch the game and people are eager to know about the winner of the world cup. Everyone sits in front of TV in support of a particular country though they are not from that nation. And some people even bid money in support of the team and most deserving awards are given to best player(golden ball), goal keeper(golden glove ), best goal scorer( golden boot), young player , fair play team award and most entertainment team award.


The 2018 world cup tournament was won by France after defeating Croatia in the finale. The host country also benefits from the tournament from economic development, boost tourism, creates job opportunities as well as the country is known to the world. Likewise, the world cup brings many nations closer to each other and helps to build healthy relationships between different countries.
